Meet Our Implant Dentist, Dr. Carlin, and Our Dedicated Dental Team
Bryan Carlin, DMD
Dr. Bryan Carlin – Dr. Carlin was born in Raleigh, NC, and grew up in Louisville, KY. He graduated Ballard High School in 1978. In 1983, he graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, and five years later he graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He even received the Bruce Obray Basic Sciences Award in 1985 for best performance in the UKCD class of 1988. After graduation, he was accepted into general practice residency at the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Hospital, and later decided to take a position at Chandler Hospital, with focus on hospital dentistry and medically compromised patients, as well as advanced general and prosthetic dentistry. Dr. Carlin’s outstanding work led him to be assigned as Chief Resident of the General Practice Residency at UK Hospital Lexington in 1989. This position entrusted Dr. Carlin to oversee all the operating room dental cases and the first year residents. After his time there, Dr. Carlin moved in 1990, with wife Elizabeth and daughter Heather to Hendersonville, TN, where he started his private dentist office in Madison, TN. Dr. Carlin’s hobbies include skiing, boating, auto racing, and collecting and building street/track cars.
Kelly Office Coordinator
Kelly enjoys her position as Office Coordinator and has worked in the dental industry since 2002. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Cumberland University. You may see Kelly in the big screen as she has had roles in commercials for Overstock, BF Meyers, and Miracle Ford to name a few. In her free time she enjoys boating, judging pageants, traveling, and serving her community as a member of Junior Service League. We are thankful to have Kelly as a team member.
Connie Financial Coordinator
Connie is our Financial Coordinator and is the newest member of our team. Her knowledge is invaluable as she has worked in the dental field since 2003. She is happily married and enjoys shopping, trying out new restaurants, working out in the gym, and spending time with family and friends. You will always find Connie with a smile on her face as she is an asset to our office. We are lucky to have her as a part of our team.
Ginny Dental Hygienist
Ginny has a valuable position as one of our Dental Hygienists. Ginny obtained her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Gulf Coast State College in Panama City, FL. When she’s not at work you may find Ginny planning a road trip with her friends, spending time at the beach, boating, and camping. We appreciate Ginny’s commitment to giving each patient the time and attention they deserve.
Tina Dental Hygienist (Limited Schedule)
Tina is one of our Dental Hygienists and has been a vital member of our team since 1987. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Tennessee, Memphis. She is licensed in nitrous oxide administration and local anesthesia. Tina is happily married to her high school sweetheart and they have three children and two dogs. In her free time Tina enjoys playing golf, traveling, and attending Titan’s football games. Her expertise in her field makes Tina such an important part of our team.
Bailee Registered Dental Assistant
Bailee, RDA, finished her first full year of college at Western Kentucky University right out of high school. Although she really enjoyed that year, the following summer she discovered dental assistanting and decided to pursue that through Volunteer State Community College and loved it. She graduated with her RDA license and an Associates of Applied Sciences degree in 2009 and has been working in the field ever since. She has been with us now since May of 2022. Bailee, along with her husband and 8 year old son live in Portland where they enjoy time with family and friends, being outside and baseball season. Bailee's hobbies include DIY crafts, movies, music, interior design & renovation projects.
Kristina Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Kristina, EFDA, graduated from Anthem Career College in 2011 with her RDA license and an Associates of Applied Sciences degree. She later attended UT Memphis where she received her expanded functions certification to futher her educaton and expand her license. Kristina attributes her career choice to a bad experience when she was 7 yrs old at a dental office. She knew she wanted to overcome that experience and create a better one for other people. Kristina and her 2 children originally from Greenbrier, live in Porland where they enjoy enjoy time with family and baseball season.
